Women’s Only Courses
We understand the camaraderie that is only present when you’re amongst a group of other women in a traditionally male-dominated sport. That welcomed sense of lightness that comes without the pressure (even if unintentional) from male counterparts. And the lack of judgment when you’re goofing off, trying new things and taking the babiest of steps. These programs are made with you in mind.
Throughout the summer, we’ll be holding a few Women’s Only sessions. They’ll offer the exact same quality of coaching and instruction as all our other programs, with one addition – that spirit aforementioned. We’ve found that progression is sometimes accelerated in these environments and want to nurture that development.

What to Bring
- Helmet (full face preferred for dirt jumps)
- Knee pads (mandatory for intermediate and up)
- Elbow pads (recommended)
- Gloves (recommended)
- Bike in good working order
- Plenty of water
- Clothing appropriate for the weather
