Summer Camps
Ridetheory offers several kids camps throughout the summer for ages 4-14 (exceptions apply based on skill level). These 3-5 day camps are designed to prepare our youth for trail riding for years to come. The kids will have a chance to work with different coaches who will fine tune each participant’s personal challenges on a bike and develop good habits.
We will focus on basic body positioning and balance then advance the skills into uphill and downhill travel. From here, the skills will continue to progress into cornering, basic braking techniques and safe trail etiquette.
The kids will make new shred buddies who share the same passion for the outdoors. For our future shredders of Fernie, this camp is the perfect base of the pyramid for mountain bike development!
