Winter Fat biking

it's 'snow' excuse to put your bike away

Fat Biking Lessons

“You want me to get fat this winter?”. Well not exactly, but we do want you to get out fat biking! If you’ve never heard of this relatively new discipline, fat bikes are just like regular bikes except the frames have been modified to accommodate wider (aka fat) tires. This allows for greater stability in the snow.

Despite being similar to mountain bikes, riding them can be a whole different ball game. With different variables such as snow conditions, bike set up and riding gear, our expert coaches will help you make the most out of your winter riding season.

Please click the events below to find out more information about each course. If you don’t have a fat bike, rentals are available at Gearhub Sports.
